Beijing restaurant Nansha Yugang recently signed a contract with hundreds of fishermen from the Nansha (Spratlys), Xisha (Paracels) and Dongsha (Pratas) islands to offer more than 300 types of seafood, including fish, shrimp and crab from the South China Sea, the Beijing Times reported on Saturday. The seafood will be transported from Tanmen port in Qionghai, China’s southern Hainan province, to Beijing within 48 hours of harvest, the report said.
