Hainan Free Trade Port Tax Policy - Personal Income Tax

The Personal Income Tax Preferential Policy states that high-end talents and talents in short supply who work in the Hainan Free Trade Port are exempted from paying personal income tax for the portion of actual tax burden exceeding 15%.

As per the eligibility criteria, the following are the conditions for high-end talents:

3.
