Job Description:
- Supporting the vision, ethos and policies of the school and promoting high levels of achievement.
- Supporting the creation and implementation of the school development plan.
- Organizing and managing teaching and learning（Planning, Teaching, Class Management .）
- Supporting the group of teaching advisors in the monitoring of the quality of teaching and student’s achievements, including the analysis of data. （Monitoring, Assessment, Recording, Reporting）
- Promoting good behaviour, in accordance with school policies.
- Other relative duties.
Requirements
- TESOL certificate;
- Experience of A-level or IGCSE teaching;
- Experience of curriculum planning, assessing and recording;
- Experience of effective involvement with parents.
