Employment, Entrepreneurship, and Social Insurance Services for Cardholders and Their Families
If a cardholder’s spouse or children have employment needs, timely policy consultation services are available to assist them.
For training needs, spouses and children can apply for a social security card, which enables access to relevant services and benefits.
If the spouse or children are not employed but meet the eligibility criteria, they can participate in basic medical insurance according to local regulations.
Additionally, when cardholders participate in Hainan’s basic endowment (pension) insurance, they are exempt from the usual age restrictions that require establishing a temporary payment account for men over 50 and women over 40. Cardholders can also choose Hainan as their place to receive pension benefits.
