Download and Install the Haiyiban 海易办 App:

Android: Open the Google Play Store on your Android device and search for “海易办”. Download and install the app.

iOS: Open the Apple App Store on your iOS device and search for “海易办”. Download and install the app.

Set Language to English:

On the main screen, there is an option to select “English”. Note: not all sections may be translated.

On the main screen of the “Haiyiban” app, scroll down until you see a section labeled “国际服务专区” (International Services Section) and select it.

Access Government Services:

Foreign-Invested Enterprises (外资企业): Use this category if you are registering a foreign-invested enterprise.

Foreigners (外国人): Use this category if you are a foreign individual.

Residents from Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, and Overseas Chinese (港澳台居民、华侨): Use this category if you fall into any of these groups.

Select the Government Service button: On the international services page, select the “Government Service” button.
