We have prepared a quick checklist for you!

TO REGISTER A WFOE (Wholy Foreign Owned Enterprise)

You'd only need to prepare:

1. An idea of your company's name (you may tell us its English name and we could help you pick a Chinese name with similar pronunciation)

2. An idea of your business scope, or your plan of what business you intend to have this company cover (then we will select the standard terms for your confirmation)

3. Registration capital (usually 1 million rmb or above, which does not require you to put in real monetary investment) & share percentage (e.g. Shareholder A holds **%, B holds **%, etc.)

4. Decide who is the legal representative of your company (if it is your own company usually you'd like to be the legal representative as most legal documents regarding all matters need to be signed by the legal representative.)

5. To find someone (a business partner or friend) to be the supervisor of your company on the paper

6. To find someone (a business partner or friend) to be the finance controller of your company on the paper

7. All relevant people (shareholders, legal representative, supervisor, finance controller, etc.)’s passport/Chinese ID copy, phone number, email address

8. All relevant people's video verification would be needed; we will instruct you to download the registration APP and do the verification when the application is ready to submit.

How long does it usually take to register a new company?

The registration can be finished within 1 week, including the time of collecting the business license and stamps.
