There is really only one business park in Haikou that I know of. They have office spaces there for about 1500 yuan a month. It's basic though. dont expect much, just a small office, 2 desks and chairs. not much in the way of services. you can get cheaper desk space outside, not sure how much though

I am currently in the process of registreing my business, I'm in Sanya for now but will move to Haikou before september. I want to know about opening an office in Haikou, where is the best place to get an office. I dont need a big space, i'm doing import export. Can i rent an apartment and use it as a living / business space or do i have to get a dedicated office in a business district. How much does small office space typically cost. If i have to rent in an office building space like a business park do they have additional costs like power / internet / printing etc.
