What materials are required for individual businesses to self-register on the E-registration Platform in the Hainan FTP?

Conditions for application: The self-application materials are completed in line with the legal form and the relevant provisions of the Regulations on the Administration of Commercial Registration in China (Hainan) Pilot Free Trade Zone. For details on materials uploading, please refer to the Regulations on Materials Submission for the Registration of Establishment of Individual Business.

Materials to prepare: 1. Application for Registration of Establishment of Individual Business signed by operators;

2. If the business scope for which an operator applies for registration includes items that shall be subject to approval before registration as stipulated by laws, administrative regulations and the decision of the State Council, the relevant approval documents or photos or scanned images of the original licenses shall be uploaded.
