What materials do foreign enterprises need to prepare for self-registration on the government affairs center platform in the Hainan FTP?

(1) Application for Pre-approval of Enterprise Name signed by all investors;

(2) Certificate of Designated Representative or Co-Principal Agent signed by all investors (which should indicate specific entrustment matters, the authority of the principal, the time limit of entrustment), and copy of identity card of the designated representative or co-principal agent (signed by themselves);

(3) If the applied enterprise name contains words “China”, “State”, “National”, “International”, copies of the approval documents of the State Council shall also be submitted ;

(4) For special enterprise names, the name registration authority may require investors to submit relevant explanations or certification materials.
