International residents in Haikou are invited to a free afternoon combining a hands-on introduction to Hainan’s traditional Li brocade with practical advice on avoiding scams and protecting personal finances.
Participants can learn about Li brocade and make their own brocade-inspired bookmark to take home. There will also be a short financial-safety session covering common scams, consumer traps, personal credit records and what to do if you encounter suspected fraud.
