The local authorities will use a personalized approach called “one matter, one discussion” to coordinate and support your children’s schooling needs—meaning each family’s situation is handled individually and flexibly.

Also, children of eligible talent cardholders don’t have to follow the usual group quotas or limits when taking the college entrance exam (Gaokao) in Hainan.
