Where should foreign-invested enterprises in the Hainan FTP handle their banking registration procedures and changes in basic banking information?

Foreign-invested enterprises should handle procedures of registration and change of basic information at the bank where they are registered after approval or have a competent department file it for them. This also applies to enterprises with investment information changes, transfers and currency exchange.
