Main responsibilities and tasks:

(1) Undertake the comprehensive management affairs of the party's grass-roots organization construction, secretarial secrets, personnel and political work, labor wages and benefits, social insurance, financial management, safety, technology, asset management, and logistics support.

(2) To undertake technical support, operation training, and hotline duty for electronic port application projects and networked enterprises in the region, and collect and report on project operation status and feedback from all parties in a timely manner.

(3) Assist in the development, promotion, operation and maintenance of the project development, promotion, operation and maintenance of the standard version of the China International Trade Single Window and the customs information system in the region.

(4) Responsible for the operation, maintenance and management of the electronic port system in the region, the network system and information security guarantee of the electronic port private network sub-center node.

(5) To undertake the identification, entry, and production of electronic port government cards and corporate cards in the region.

(6) Participate in the construction of local electronic port application projects, local international trade single windows, Hainan cross-border e-commerce, and outlying island duty-free application projects, and jointly do related operation and maintenance, technical support, operation training and hotline duty.

(7) To undertake the maintenance of the terminal equipment of the information system in Haikou Customs, and to undertake related information projects in the market.
