Office location: No. 9, Haixiu West Road, Xiuying District, Haikou City, Hainan Province / 海南省海口市秀英区海秀西路9号

Office hours: Monday to Friday 8:30-12:00 14:30-17:30 (Friday afternoon off work time is 17:00)

Main responsibilities: organize and implement the development planning and supervision system of special customs supervision areas such as free trade zones, and undertake related work such as the establishment of free trade zones and other special customs supervision areas and management during and after the event.
