Main duties and tasks: Undertake the registration and management of imported food overseas production enterprises in accordance with the law, publish the list of registered enterprises and the inspection and quarantine, supervision and management of imported food and cosmetics, and organize the implementation of risk analysis and emergency preventive measures according to the division of labor.

Responsible for the safety risk assessment, risk warning and rapid response of imported commodities, undertakes the verification of imported commodities under the national licensing system, and supervises and manages the identification of the quantity and weight of statutory inspection commodities.

Responsible for the inspection of exported food and export commodities in accordance with multilateral and bilateral agreements
