Main responsibilities and tasks:

(1) Undertake the comprehensive management affairs of the party's grass-roots organization construction, secretarial secrets, personnel and political work, labor wages and benefits, social insurance, financial management, safety, technology, asset management, and logistics support.

(2) To undertake the management of the boutique warehouses, general warehouses, business document warehouses, and customs clothing warehouses of the property involved in the customs case.

(3) Undertake the procurement and distribution of office supplies, office canteens, infrastructure, official reception, supervisory work dog management, vehicle management, etc.;

(4) Carry out office area, living quarters and public housing management and property service guarantee work in Haikou area ; Undertake the daily management of people's livelihood projects such as laundry room, infirmary, staff barber room, and staff activity center.

(5) Supervise and manage the operations of the subordinate economic entities.

(6) Undertake other tasks assigned by Haikou Customs.
