Main responsibilities and tasks: take the lead in formulating the business development plan of the customs area, and undertake daily business coordination and comprehensive management matters.

Organize and implement the work of customs protection of intellectual property rights.

To undertake the review of the legality of relevant agreements, contracts, announcements and regulatory documents, and to undertake related administrative reconsideration and administrative response work.

Undertake the management of customs clearance operations.

Undertake the overall planning, comprehensive coordination, overall promotion, and supervision of the implementation of major reforms in the customs area.
