Main responsibilities and tasks:

(1) Undertake the comprehensive management affairs of the party's grass-roots organization construction, secretarial secrets, personnel and political work, labor wages and benefits, social insurance, financial management, safety, technology, asset management, and logistics support.

(2) Responsible for infectious disease surveillance, health checkups and international travel vaccinations for relevant entry and exit personnel and port employees at Hainan Port.

(3) Carry out scientific research and technology development, technical services and technical consulting guidance in the field of health and quarantine.

(4) Carry out the formulation and revision of health and quarantine standards and methods.

(5) Undertake relevant entrusted health care and medical service business.

(6) Organize and implement laboratory testing and identification of infectious diseases, medical vectors and public health events.

(7) Undertake other tasks assigned by Haikou Customs.
