What are the restrictions on a premises location in the Hainan FTP for enterprise registration?

(1) The premises of some special industries, such as catering industry (including bars, restaurants, baking gardens, entertainment industry (including dance halls, video screening rooms, downtempo bars, amusement parks, video game rooms, Internet cafes, saunas, baths and massages, dangerous goods (gas, fireworks and firecrackers), production and processing of pesticides and fertilizers, motor vehicle maintenance and waste purchase enterprises are not allowed to settle in residential areas, or residential buildings (courtyards).

(2) The premises of equity investment fund enterprises and equity investment fund management enterprises are limited to office buildings and other places used for office operations.
