Job description
Junior profile. Initial service contract then, potential, long term labor contract.
Working place: Chengdu
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Responsible for marketing channels contents and updating (WeChat, Newsletter, Website);
- Responsible for M&C document drafting and release under Director’s supervision;
- Responsible for CEO’s business trip arrangements, speech drafting and presentation release;
- Assist the Company CEO in business meeting/trip/daily operation, as required;
- Document translation and interpretation along meeting;
- Monitoring the environmental and carbon neutrality policy landscape and technology development in China and Europe;
- Cooperate in business development and promotional activities;
- Support in conference and seminar organization;
- Support in research and analysis related to international trade topics.
Skills & experience
The ideal candidate will be proactive, curious, highly motivated, committed to the tasks. An excellent organizer, precise in the activities management and scheduling.An active listener, able to learn then implement subsequently, and a team player with ability to work independently on the assigned tasks.
Specific requirements for the role are as follows:
- Chinese Nationality;
- Chinese native speaker with excellent written and oral communication in English;
- Strong written communication (articles and news drafting) and interpersonal skills with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving;
- Strong ability to schedule activities and respect assigned tasks’ deadline;
- Ability to adapt to challenges and respond quickly/positively;
- Ability to analyze data, identify and manage risks;
- WeChat corporate account management experience is required;
- Microsoft Office package (Word/Excel/Power Point) and AI tool full literacy;
- Event organizing and execution experience is desirable;
- Other graphics software’s (photoshop, InDesign, etc) literacy is desirable;
- Bachelor’s degree, at least.
- Proactive attitude, willing to learn and open-minded;
