RECRUITMENT NOTICE FOR FOREIGN TEACHER
The International Department of Hefei No. 8 Middle School was founded in 2009 and is the first international education project in Anhui Province. The International Department of the No.8 Middle School has complete and advanced education and teaching facilities, equipped with a team of capable teachers who are familiar with Eastern and Western cultures, and implements a dual diploma program that integrates the curriculum from both China and foreign countries. In order to adapt to the new situation of international education, the International Department of Hefei No. 8 Middle School plans to further upgrade the curriculum. We are now recruiting openly to meet the corresponding demand for teachers.
Recruitment Positions:
- 4 English Teachers
- 1 Economics Teacher
- 1 Physics Teacher
- 1 AP Computer Science teacher
Job Requirements:
1. Aspiration to participate in international education, agreement with the philosophy of Hefei No. 8 Middle School, and obedience of the school’s various management regulations.
2. English as mother tongue for English teachers. Fluent English for subject teachers.
3. Experience with AP Courses is preferred.
4. At least bachelor degree and under the age of fifty. In good physical condition, a strong sense of cooperation and love teaching.
5. Possession of legal residence documents and work permit. Comply with Chinese laws and regulations. No crime record.
6. At least have two years of work experience (with valid supporting documents) or possession of TESOL certificate.
7. Ability to earnestly participate in teaching and research in accordance with the requirements of the teaching system of the International Department. Cooperation with the teaching and research department to develop and update school-based teaching materials, teaching plans and course handouts required for teaching.
8. Strong sense of responsibility, good communication and teamwork skills, constancy in providing regular feedback on students’ performance in class and flexibility in adjusting the teaching plan according to the needs of students.
