Job description
The Senior HR Consultant will be primarily in charge of managing, developing and searching for talents within our talent pool and using (but not limited to) commercial search tools. S/he will develop a network of key corporate HR stake holders for business development.
Talent Pool
– Maintain the Talent Pool up to date through regular communication (email, calls, meetings)
– Constantly develop means of sourcing new candidates.
Sourcing Plan
– Define the sourcing plan for each project (client inquiry) through exchange with the Associate Directors.
– Candidate Sourcing, Screening and Shortlisting and Follow up
– Assist the business directors in various administrative tasks of the project (such as contract preparation, invoicing, interim managers’ or candidates’ expenses reimbursement, etc.)
Others
– Support in Business Development
– Support in Daily Operations
Skills & experience
Experience Required
– Between 10 to 25 years working experience all or most of it acquired in foreign companies
– 2 to 5 years’ experience in recruiting, preferably in executive search firms or in recruiting function of an HR department.
Skills
– Full Mandarin and English proficiency are required, other European languages are a plus;
– Agility in using database and data analysis structuring;
– Computer literacy in Microsoft Office suite;
– At ease with social media with the aim to make X-PM Partners better known among Chinese managers communities;
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong taste and ability to network and pro-actively develop the pool of managers in particular Chinese managers;
– High importance is given to personality: on one side the candidate should be rigorous, precise, analytic, self-motivated, eager to voice and initiate improvement proposals, and on the other side the candidate should have a pleasant personality, be communicative and happy to work in a small team.
