In order to thoroughly investigate potentially infected people and effectively control the spread of the COVID epidemic, Haikou City will now assign a “yellow code” to people who intersect by time and space with positive cases or the infected person’s activity trajectory, or those who have not completed nucleic acid sampling in accordance with the nucleic acid testing requirements in key areas.
Persons with a “yellow code” should take the initiative to register with the community where they live and abide by the relevant epidemic prevention regulations.
In addition to personnel within the high-risk and medium risk areas and personnel under centralised or home isolation observation period, “yellow code” personnel are required to go to the nearest nucleic acid sampling convenience service point for nucleic acid testing with their ID card and health code.
If the result is negative, they will automatically turn back to a “green code”.
