Senior human resources practitioners and representatives from employment and entrepreneurship communities will be invited to share guidance for disabled graduates from multiple perspectives, focusing on the current employment and entrepreneurship situation, career planning, job application skills, identification of job hunting traps and interpretation of preferential policies for the disabled.

Organizers will select a number of high-quality employers to carry out recruitment on the spot, conduct face-to-face interviews with disabled graduates, build a communication platform between the disabled community and employers and promote high-quality employment opportunities for disabled graduates.
