Haikou Financial Center is under construction in Jiangdong New Area, Hainan FTP

Haikou Financial Center is located within the ecological CBD (Headquarter Economic Zone) of Jiangdong New Area, Haikou.

It has a total investment of 1.5 billion yuan, and the project covers a total construction area of 79,000 square meters. The build includes 6 office buildings, with the highest building towering 60 meters.

After completion, it will provide a multi-functional leisure work space and an eco-friendly smart office area.

At present, all the buildings of the project have entered the ground structure construction stage.

The main construction goal is that the roof of the main body will be completed in April 2021, and the decoration work will be completed by December 2021.

The building was designed by Zhou Kai, a famous national engineering survey and designer, he is also a Liang Sicheng architecture prize winner.

The project adopts the overall design of the group to create an atmospheric urban image of the financial headquarters.

As a leading CBD financial comprehensive service base, it will reflect the, simple and atmospheric architectural temperament of modern financial institutions, while enhancing the image of the city.

The complex is divided into Zone A and Zone B. Zone A consists of two 5-storey office buildings, covering an area of 6742.14 square meters and a construction area of 27878.2 square meters.

Haikou Financial Center Zone B consists of one 12-storey building and three 4-story office buildings. It covers an area of 13,310.54 square meters.
