Haikou Jiangdong Invitation to international and domestic construction groups

Haikou Jiangdong New Area (JDNA) has released an announcement for the recruitment of well-known international and domestic commercial development and construction groups.

The recruitment of these renowned groups is to assist in the development of JDNA, speed up construction of public services and improve the layout of commercial facilities.

The project will construct a large riverside shopping mall, commercial blocks and office buildings on plots JDZH-01-A02/03.

Once complete, the project will directly benefit the Maiya river business district of JDNA by improving regional business facilities and the overall city image.

The proposed project is orientated to the TOP 10 well-known international and domestic commercial development groups. JDNA would like to sincerely invite enterprises to present their conceptual designs.

Plots JDZH-01-A02/03 are part of the International Comprehensive Service Group of JDNA and located on the east side of Binjiang East Road, Maiya Binhe Business District, JDNA. The plots have a total land area of about 14.5 hectares (217.5 acres)

The location is near the eastern bank of the Nandu river park project and close to the Qiongzhou bridge. On the other side of the river lies the Provincial government buildings and Guoxing Avenue (a major transit road of Haikou city).
