The design plans for the first commercial supporting project for the cultural exchange group in Haikou Jiangdong New Area, Hailan Yefeng Phase VI (the first batch) has been finalized and the project has received construction approval.
The design, won by Shanghai Tianhua Architectural Design Co., Ltd., combines elements of vibrant commercial blocks, smart, healthy offices, three-dimensional ecological gardens and shared open spaces to create an open coastal city format and form a unique interactive business office community.
The Hailan Yefeng Phase VI (the first batch) project is located in the north of Dongying East Road, Luneng Hailan Yefeng A area east and 200 meters south of the coastline.
The project consists of 7 commercial buildings, 3 office buildings and 1 underground garage.
It will build a supporting business service and international innovation industry office cluster.
The total land area of the project is 92,900 square meters, with a total area of 134983 square meters.
