Hainan Free Trade Port Policies, Increased Financial Support
According to the actual annual needs of infrastructure projects and the industrial development of Haikou Jiangdong New Area, priority support will be given through the yearly newly increased bond funds. Before December 31, 2022, all the provincial and municipal tax retained for Haikou Jiangdong New Area will be rewarded to the park exclusively to support the development and construction of the Jiangdong New Area. After deducting the cost and the national statutory special funds, the land transfer fees for key projects, the funds will be allocated in the way of one enterprise one policy with collective decision making.
