At Flora’s, we take pride in being the first registered early child care education institute in Haikou, Hainan. Flora herself, with professional qualifications from Ireland and extensive childcare management experience globally, founded her school ten years ago when her own child was just two years old. Since then, we’ve been dedicated to nurturing young pre-school learners.
Our approach to early childcare development is unique, focusing on game-based learning tailored for children under three. The curriculum is designed to emphasise each child’s personality, allowing them to express themselves freely and discover their interests. We prioritize building a secure and confident environment, enabling children to explore with a sense of safety.
One notable aspect that sets Flora’s apart is our commitment to a 1:4 student-teacher ratio, mirroring the successful model in Finland. This ensures our teachers can meet the immediate mental and physical needs of each child, fostering a supportive and individualised learning experience.
