MicroAlgo (MLGO) To Establish Postgraduate Training Practice Base with Shenzhen University and Haikou Free Trade Zone

MicroAlgo Inc. (NASDAQ: MLGO) announced a pivotal cooperation agreement involving Shenzhen University Semiconductor Manufacturing Research Institute and the Haikou Comprehensive Free Trade Zone Management Committee. The agreement, titled the “Postgraduate Training and Practice Base,” is expected to contribute to the growth of domestic innovation and the refinement of a robust talent ecosystem.

MicroAlgo Inc. develops and delivers central processing algorithm solutions to customers in internet advertisement, gaming, and intelligent chip industries in the People’s Republic of China and internationally.

The company’s services include algorithm optimisation, accelerating computing power without hardware upgrades, lightweight data processing, and data intelligence services. This collaborative effort signifies a step forward in the intersection of business, education, and technological innovation.

MicroAlgo Inc. is headquartered in Shenzhen, the People’s Republic of China and is a subsidiary of WiMi Hologram Cloud Inc.

The collaboration extends to Shenzhen University Semiconductor Manufacturing Research Institute, a comprehensive institution located in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province. Recognised and approved by China’s Ministry of Education, the university has rapidly advanced in talent cultivation, innovation, and technology research and development. With a focus on disciplines like mechanical design, automation, and semiconductor integrated circuits, Shenzhen University aligns well with the capabilities of MicroAlgo, creating a promising avenue for cooperation.

Further expanding the collaboration is the Haikou Comprehensive Free Trade Zone, approved by the State Council. With a focus on high-tech industries, it aims to drive the development of warehousing and logistics, leveraging institutional and technological innovation and policy incentives to benefit the surrounding economy.

This strategic development has yielded significant achievements, turning the sites into a high-tech industry development base and a demonstration plot in Hainan Province.

The establishment of the joint training base for postgraduate students among MicroAlgo Inc., Shenzhen University, and Haikou Municipal Government hopes to provide a new platform for practical teaching at Shenzhen University. The initiative creates favourable conditions for the related industries to jointly cultivate scientific research talents and reserve technical talent forces.
