Haikou Launches “Replace Old with New” Event to Promote Smart, Green Upgrades

Haikou is rolling out a major “Replace Old with New” event this week to help upgrade aging vehicles, appliances, and electronics, with support from top brands and local subsidies.

The initiative aligns with the city’s broader trade-in policy aimed at promoting green consumption, reducing waste, and accelerating adoption of new energy and smart technologies.

Running from November 15 to 16 at Fuxingcheng Industrial Park 复兴城产业园 (next to Century Bridge), the event is open to the public with no registration required.

What’s on Offer

The event brings together some of the biggest names in vehicles and consumer tech,  including Tesla, NIO, Xiaomi, FAW Audi, BYD, and more, with discounts, trade-in bonuses, tax breaks, and employee-exclusive perks.
