From December 30, 2021, all Hainan Airlines domestic inbound and outbound flights will be transferred to Haikou Meilan International Airport T2 terminal for operation.

Hainan Airlines ticket counters, check-in, and excess baggage payment counters are located at the end of Island C within the domestic departure hall on the third floor of Terminal T2.
Check-in time is 45 minutes before the scheduled flight departure, and the gate closing time is 20 minutes before the scheduled flight departure.
Ticket changes and refunds
Hainan Airlines will also provide free ticket changes and refunds for passengers who fail to travel due to terminal transfers. The service is for passengers who are flying domestically before and on January 14, 2022.
Passengers at the wrong terminal due to transfers can get a “Passenger Wrong Terminal Certificate” at the Hainan Airlines check-in manager counter in T2 or T1. The certificate states that the ticket can be rescheduled for free during the validity period.
