Under what circumstances will an enterprise name fail to be approved by the market supervision and administration authority in the Hainan FTP?
The enterprise name will not be approved under any of the following circumstances:
(i) it has the same name as that of an enterprise in the same industry approved or registered by the same market supervision and administration authority, except for those with investment relationship;
(ii) it has the same name as that of an enterprise in the same industry approved or registered by the same market supervision and administration authority in accordance with Article 18 of the measures, except for those with investment relationship;
(iii) it is the same as the original name of other enterprises whose name has been changed for less than one year;
(iv) it is the same as the name of the enterprise whose registration has been canceled or whose business license has been revoked for less than three years; and
(v) other violations of laws and administrative regulations.
