Haikou Announcement on Special Sampling Vehicles for Yellow Code Personnel

In order to facilitate the transcoding of yellow code personnel, on the basis of the original 41 nucleic acid sampling convenience service points, some streets will be equipped with a special sampling car for yellow code personnel.

Yellow code personnel can go to the nearest nucleic acid sampling convenience service point and the special sampling car for yellow code personnel for sampling.

The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

1. Service time of sampling car

The service time of the special sampling car for yellow code personnel: 8:00-18:00 every day from July 16th to 18th, 2022.

2. Location of sampling vehicle

See attached table for details.

3. Transcoding rules

Please take the initiative to register with the community (Village) where you are located and comply with the relevant epidemic prevention regulations.

Except for personnel within sealed control areas and personnel under centralized isolation or home isolation observation period, other “yellow code” personnel shall go to the designated transcoding nucleic acid sampling convenience service point and the special sampling vehicle for yellow code personnel for “two inspections in three days” with their ID cards and health codes, that is, two nucleic acid tests shall be completed within three days at an interval of 24 hours.

If the first nucleic acid test is negative, it will automatically turn to green code. Please continue to complete the second test. Those who meet the transcoding conditions and fail to automatically convert to green code shall register with the nearest neighbourhood (Village) committee based on the corresponding nucleic acid test results and apply for the conversion of “yellow code” to “green code”.
