From November 7th, Haikou City’s bars and KTVs can reopen.
Before bars and KTVs can reopen, prevention and control requirements such as disinfection and ventilation must be implemented.
Employees can begin work with a 24-hour nucleic acid negative test certificate, a green health code, and a green travel code. Nucleic acid testing will be carried out once a day after starting work.
Bars and KTVs are responsible for epidemic prevention and control, and must implement the wearing of masks, temperature measurements, scanning of “travel code”, and health codes for customers, and only allow entry with a negative nucleic acid certificate taken within 48 hours.
Reopened bars and KTVs in Haikou must not exceed 50% capacity and must regulate flow during peak times.
