According to the current needs of epidemic prevention and control in Haikou City, and in accordance with the relevant provisions of the prevention and control plan for new coronavirus pneumonia (9th Edition) of the State Council for joint prevention and control of the coronavirus, the expert group has judged that from 15:00 on July 9, 2022, high-risk, medium risk and low-risk areas will be designated in Meilan District as follows.
High risk area
No. 80 Renmin Xili, Haidian Island, Meilan District is classified as a high-risk area.
Sealing and control measures: stay at home, door-to-door service. If no new infections in the area for 7 consecutive days, and all personnel in the risk area have completed a round of nucleic acid screening with negative results, on the 7th day will be reduced to a medium-risk area; no new infections for further 3 consecutive days will be reduced to a low-risk area.
Medium risk area
The enclosed area to the west of Renmin Avenue, to the north of Haidian No.1 West Road, to the south of Haidian third West Road, the construction site living area of Huacai Haikou Bay Square and Haikou Bay No.6 post station are classified as medium risk areas.
Control measures: do not leave the area, stagger peak times. If there are no new infections in the area for 7 consecutive days, and all personnel in the risk area have completed a round of nucleic acid screening on the seventh day, will be reduced to low-risk area.
Low risk area
The whole area of Haidian Island (except the middle and high-risk areas) is divided into low-risk areas.
Preventive measures: personal protection, avoid gatherings. Personnel leaving Haikou must hold a 48-hour nucleic acid test negative certificate. After all medium and high-risk areas are lifted, low-risk areas will be adjusted to normal prevention and control.
The above measures will be implemented from 15:00 on July 9, 2022, and will be adjusted according to the changes of epidemic situation. If residents in medium and high-risk areas encounter difficulties in life and medical treatment, they can call Haikou 12345 service hotline.
