Scheduled to take place from September 30th to October 6th in the scenic town of Bo’ao, Qionghai, the Hainan Aviation Exhibition promises excitement for both aviation enthusiasts and the general public alike. The event will kick off with a media open day on September 30th, followed by public open days from October 1st to 6th. Additionally, the conference will host professional meetings and forums from October 1st to 3rd.

Enthusiasts can expect to be thrilled by displays of over 100 aircraft from various categories. A lineup of five renowned international and domestic aerobatic teams is set to deliver breathtaking performances, making this exhibition an unparalleled aviation extravaganza. Spanning an exhibition area of 55,000 square meters, the event will feature more than 10 conferences, forums, and captivating themed activities. Attendees will also be treated to two to three music concerts, complete with awe-inspiring nighttime aircraft shows and a spectacle involving hot air balloons.

The organizers anticipate a significant turnout, with an estimated audience of 50,000 to 80,000 people, including over 3,000 industry professionals. The preparations for the exhibition are well underway, with three international aerobatic teams and two domestic teams already gearing up for their aerial performances.

Under the theme “Meeting in Hainan, Pursuing the Blue Sky,” the 2023 Hainan International Aviation Exhibition and Bo’ao General Aviation Conference is organized by the Hainan Provincial Department of Transportation and the Qionghai Municipal People’s Government. It is co-hosted by the General Aviation Industry Research Centre of Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics and undertaken by Xinglong Aerospace Industry Research and Development (Hainan) Co., Ltd., Hainan Zhongyuan Shipping Bo’ao International Conference Services Co., Ltd., and Hainan Bao Airport Management Co., Ltd.
