Mission Hills Centreville Haikou opens in Hainan

Mission Hills China has announced the opening of Mission Hills Centreville Haikou.

The low-carbon-footprint urban complex covers a vast area of 240,000-square-meters with US$ 1.6 billion investments, incorporating hotels, offices, park, shopping, culture and art, set to become the trendiest lifestyle destination in Hainan.

The complex is strategically divided into four zones – Lan Kwai Fong Entertainment Zone, Quarry Lake, Fashion Avenue and China Grove – each with distinctive characteristics offering a variety of retail, dining, entertainment and lifestyle options to satisfy the most discerning international and domestic visitors.

“We envision Mission Hills Centreville Haikou to be a bustling lifestyle hub in the city, offering an abundance of leisure activities and entertainment options to local residents and travellers from all corners of the world,” said Ken Chu, chairman, Mission Hills Group.

“The opening of this development marks an important milestone towards making Haikou a world-class tropical destination and putting the fast-growing city on the world map.”

Lan Kwai Fong Entertainment Zone is a collaboration with the icon of Hong Kong nightlife, boasting world-class restaurants, trendy nightclubs, entertainment hotspots, and the city’s most stylish bars “Birdcage Restaurant & Wine” and “California Restaurant Bar” by Dr. Allan Zeman.

The Birdcage is the first-ever Polynesian-style Tiki Cocktail Lounge opened by Lan Kwai Fong Entertainments in Haikou.

The California is going to transport customers back in time to experience the old American culture back in 1950s.

The US$1.6 million investments Quarry Lake is a symbolic feature of Mission Hills Centreville designed by Utopia Entertainment from United States.

A leisure park by day and a performing venue by night, a key highlight is the spectacular multi-sensory water fountain show with perfectly-orchestrated interwoven water, fire and music to resemble breath-taking scenes and powerful force of a volcanic eruption.

Taking centre stage at Fashion Avenue is HNDF & MH International Shopping Centre, Hainan.

A strategic collaboration with Hainan Provincial Duty Free Company, Limited and the world’s largest luxury travel retailer DFS Group, the massive 46,800 square-meter retail space features a collection of international fashion labels and luxury brands, offering visitors quality shopping experience and exceptional customer service.

The family-friendly entertainment hub China Grove is where a Cineplex large-screen theatre equipped with state-of-the-art technology and a variety of multi-media entertainment facilities, including Hainan Island’s first teddy bear museum will be housed.
