Shanghai Jusheng Industrial – Latest company to launch headquarters in Jiangdong New Area

In July this year, the Haikou Jiangdong New Area Administration and Shanghai Jusheng Industrial Co., Ltd. signed a cooperation agreement adding another regional headquarters project to the Jiangdong New Area.

It is understood that the company will set up the Jusheng Nonferrous Metals International Business Department within the Jiang dong New District. Through the help of the free trade port’s strategic positioning and policy advantages, the company hopes to make breakthroughs in offshore resale business to better serve domestic and international customers.

Jusheng Industrial plans to build a mature cross-border RMB capital pool channel in the Jiangdong New Area as the main settlement account for cross-border, offshore business and copper/aluminium business.

Shanghai Jusheng Industrial Co., Ltd. was established in 2011, it is a bulk commodity supply chain integrated service provider integrating bulk commodity trading, supply chain management, and trade finance.

The company is headquartered in Shanghai Hongqiao Business District and has branches in most provinces and cities across China. It has overseas branches in Singapore, Hong Kong and Vietnam providing high-quality services to local and surrounding customers at home and abroad.

Shanghai Jusheng is a leading enterprise in China’s non-ferrous metals industry.

According to a spokes person, it plans to take full advantage of Hainan’s geographical location, overseas investment policies and cross-border capital flow to better carry out domestic and overseas business.

The company will create an international businesses department to better connect South China and overseas markets in cross-border imports, overseas trade financing and other trade services.

As of the end of July 2021, registered enterprises in Haikou Jiangdong New Area have completed an international offshore trade volume of over US$800 million. In the future, Jiangdong New Area aims to optimize the financial and trade business environment, provide one-stop services and create a positive environment for the expansion and strengthening of international offshore trade business.
