What materials are required for a limited liability company to self-registration on the E-registration Platform in the Hainan FTP?
Conditions for application: The self-application materials are completed in line with the legal forms and the relevant provisions of the Regulations on the Administration of Commercial Registration in China (Hainan) Pilot Free Trade Zone. Materials: 1. Application for Registration of Establishment of a Limited Liability Company (filled in accordance with the steps provided by the registration platform);
2. Articles of association signed by all shareholders;
3. Where the establishment of a limited liability company must be subject to approval in accordance with laws, administrative regulations and decisions of the State Council , the relevant approval documents or photos or scanned images of the original licenses shall be uploaded;
4. If the business scope for which a company applies for registration includes items shall be subject to approval before registration as stipulated by laws, administrative regulations and decisions of the State Council, the relevant approval documents or photos or scanned images of the original licenses shall be uploaded.
