The Ministry of Finance announced on Tuesday (May 14th) that starting June 1st this year, foreign nationals who are legally working and residing in China will be able to take the accounting professional qualification exams.
These exams will follow the same standards as those for domestic candidates. Foreign nationals who meet the registration requirements for the accounting professional qualification exams can register at the nearest convenient location. Additionally, accounting work experience gained abroad by foreign nationals will be counted towards their accounting work experience requirements.
