Attention employers! Recruitment fair for disabled graduates to be held from August 25th to 28th

According to an announcement from the Hainan disabled persons’ Federation, the 2021 employment promotion training course and special job fair for Hainan’s college and university graduates with disabilities will be held in 皇马假日大酒店举行 (Holiday Inn Real Madrid Hotel), 22 Haifu Road, Meilan District, Haikou from August 25th to 28th

Senior human resources practitioners and representatives from employment and entrepreneurship communities will be invited to share guidance for disabled graduates from multiple perspectives, focusing on the current employment and entrepreneurship situation, career planning, job application skills, identification of job hunting traps and interpretation of preferential policies for the disabled.

Organizers will select a number of high-quality employers to carry out recruitment on the spot, conduct face-to-face interviews with disabled graduates, build a communication platform between the disabled community and employers and promote high-quality employment opportunities for disabled graduates. 

Before the recruitment fair, the organizer will conduct a survey of the graduates of colleges and universities in Hainan to better understand the number, disabilities, majors and employment ambitions to better carry out job matching and employer invitation according to the survey results.

According to the Provincial Disabled Persons’ Federation, “the purpose of this activity is to improve the quality, ability, job adaptability and employment competitiveness for disabled graduates in Hainan through training and help them to gain employment by building an employment assistance platform.”
