Those who fail to implement the epidemic prevention and control measures according to regulations and cause serious consequences will be investigated for legal responsibility according to law.
The above prevention and control measures will be dynamically adjusted according to the epidemic risk assessment.
This Circular shall come into effect as of the date of promulgation.
