Samsung has opened pre-orders for the Galaxy Z TriFold in China, its first tri-folding smartphone. Only a limited number of units are released each day through Samsung’s online store.
Pricing starts at RMB 19,999 ($2,830) for the 16GB/512GB model and RMB 21,999 ($3,110) for the 16GB/1TB version.

The phone uses an inward-folding G-shaped hinge. It has a 6.5-inch outer display that unfolds into a 10-inch main screen. It’s 3.9 mm at its thinnest point and weighs 309 grams.
Inside, it runs Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite chip, a 200-megapixel triple camera system, a 5,600mAh battery with 45W fast charging, and Android 16 with Samsung’s Galaxy AI tools.
