In the process of establishing a foreign-invested enterprise, if the business scope of the enterprise falls within the negative list after screening, it needs to be examined and approved by the industrial department before the establishment registration and business record of the enterprise can be carried out.
Enter One-Stop Service for Investment and click “”Name declaration”” to fill in the information such as name duplicate check and name pre-application, sign and submit, and obtain the notice number after the examination – click “”Registration for enterprise founding”” – click “”Foreign investment”” – enter the negative list screening, and select the corresponding business scope of the enterprise.
