1: Course content: weekly theme, covering team building, marketing planning, model innovation and other ideas. (The instructor will be flexible according to the needs of the trainees)
2: Course features:
A. Practical content: abandon the “one pot” indoctrination class, start from a real business case, strengthen thinking training, and emphasize the practical, easy and introductory knowledge.
B. Interesting form: the content of the course should not only be “informative”, but also be “interesting” with a premise of “learning well”. The teaching form follows the adult learning principle, with participatory and interactive teaching in multiple innovative forms such as example analysis, group discussion, role playing, confrontation thinking, brainstorming, so that students can learn and understand in practice, comprehend through experience and let “knowledge grow.
C. Explicit results: test whether the students can implemented the classroom into their own entrepreneurial projects through the project roadshow, and test whether the students have mastered the practical skills of entrepreneurship through sandbox simulation, so that the students can feel the changes and growth after the training.
