The announcement is as follows:
Scope of testing
All residents in Datong Street, Jinmao street, Haiken street, Jinyu street, Zhongshan street, Binhai Ave and Chengxi town in Longhua District (including local permanent population, temporary resident population, temporary floating population, foreign population, etc.).
Sampling time and place for nucleic acid testing
July 14th starts at 9:00 am and ends at 20:00 pm.
Matters needing attention
People in the testing area shall complete the nucleic acid testing according to the requirements of “no one is left behind when testing” (those who have done a nucleic acid test recently should also participate). Please pay close attention to the nucleic acid testing time in the area, participate in the nucleic acid testing at times according to the notice of the street and community, and return to your residence immediately after testing. Large enterprises and closed management units that need continuous production can arrange door-to-door sampling and testing by their streets.
During the nucleic acid testing, traffic control will be implemented from 8:30 in the morning, testing will start at 9:00.
All entrances and exits in the area will be inspected and controlled. Apart from the relevant units, people and vehicles in the whole area “shall not enter or exit”.
If it is necessary to leave due to special circumstances such as medical treatment, the filing and approval procedures must be completed, or the traffic intersection control personnel will handle it on the spot.
From the end of sampling until the nucleic acid test results of all people are officially announced to the public, the whole area will remain in “quiet” mode. While waiting for the test results, the movement of people is prohibited, and the people who have completed the sampling must do a good job of health monitoring, strictly “stay at home” and do not contact people outside the family.
All citizens participating in the regional nucleic acid test are requested to actively cooperate with community cadres, property managers, volunteers and other staff, take screenshots to save the health code, and prepare ID cards (children prepare household registration books, etc.), and open the health code and ID card in advance when sampling as a backup to avoid sudden network congestion.
During the sampling period, inspected citizens should take good care of personal protection, obey the arrangement of the sampling site staff, wear masks, maintain 1m intervals, line up in an orderly manner, do not talk or gather in groups, and take your “sampled” sticker after the sampling, and promptly leave. Those who have been vaccinated within 48 hours will not be tested.
In order to thoroughly investigate potential infected people and effectively control the spread of the epidemic, those who fail to complete nucleic acid sampling as required and those who accompany a case or infected person’s activity track in time and space will be assigned a “yellow code”. Be sure to take the test on time.
During the sampling and testing period, staff of each sub-district (town) and community (village) will visit homes to better understand the nucleic acid testing situation. Arrange “door-to-door service”, and the sampling team will conduct door-to-door sampling and testing, all residents are requested to actively cooperate.
Epidemic-related news is subject to official announcements. The general public is requested not to believe or spread rumours, and those who spread rumours, disrupt order, refuse to cooperate, or fail to participate in regional nucleic acid testing as required, causing the spread of the epidemic, will be held accountable in accordance with the law.
There will be thunderstorms on July 14th, please bring rain gear! Thank you for your cooperation! We ask for your understanding and support for the inconvenience caused by the epidemic.
