In the Hainan FTP, do property certificates provided by foreign investors of FIPEs need to be notarized by authorities of their own countries and/or certified by Chinese embassies (consulates)?
If foreign partners have premises in China, they may submit certificates for these, where neither notarization nor certification is needed; if such partners have premises overseas but none in China, certificates of their premises shall be notarized by authorities in their own countries and certified by Chinese embassies (consulates) in such countries.
