What are the procedures for foreign-invested enterprises to register on their own in the Hainan FTP?
Log in to Contact Hainan, click “Register”, fill in the relevant information and log in.
Click “One-Stop Service for Investment”. For establishing a company, first conduct name declaration, “Click to handle” and fill in the information such as name duplicate check and name pre-application.
Conduct negative list screening after filling in the negative list. The foreign-invested enterprises in the negative list need to apply for pre-examination and approval permission, and conduct online or offline handling according to the prompts that appear in the system; foreign-invested enterprises not included in the negative list shall follow the filing process, select “None of the above” in the negative list screening process, and enter the enterprise establishment process.
Complete the basic information of enterprise establishment until the materials are uploaded, submit the data to the market supervision and administration authority for approval, and complete the establishment of the enterprise.
After the investor completes the successful establishment of the enterprise, the system will send the legal person’s account number and password to the legal person’s mobile phone in the form of a text message.
The next step is foreign exchange registration and bank account opening. Enterprises can choose whether to register foreign exchange and open bank accounts according to their needs.
Select the bank to make reservation of foreign exchange registration and bank account opening, and the bank will have designated personnel to contact enterprises to handle relevant account opening matters.
After the establishment of the enterprise, enterprises can get the business license, company chop, foreign business record receipt and other materials on the spot from the municipal (county) market supervision and administration authority of the place where the enterprise is registered (enterprise in Haikou and Sanya must get the materials from the municipal market supervision and administration authority).
