On April 2, Sanya City epidemic prevention and control headquarters issued a notice saying that regional nucleic acid detection will be carried out in the central urban area of Sanya.
From 17:00 on April 2nd to 24:00 on April 5th, Sanya City Centre (east of Maling, Yingbin interchange, west of Zhuluoling tunnel and south of G98 Expressway) entered the state of regional control.
All enterprises and institutions, public places and communities (villages and residences) require a nucleic acid negative certificate within 24 hours or the nucleic acid sampling record of that day (the negative record of the previous day) to enter or leave.
According to the principle of “must be tested, no one will be missed”, each round of regional nucleic acid testing will be completed as instructed.
The notice stated that all communities (villages and residences) are subject to inspection-style management. In principle, each community (village, residence) reserves only 1-2 entrances and exits.
Security personnel are on duty 24 hours a day.
Personnel are not allowed to enter and exit unnecessarily. They can take part in nucleic acid testing and sampling and then go out and return immediately.
Residents can go out to purchase materials once every two days with their pass. If they order daily necessities online, they will be delivered to their households by staff or volunteers.
The notice requires that, with the exception of the G98 expressway, the roads in and out of the central urban area of the city are temporarily controlled, and vehicles are restricted from passing unless they hold a valid pass issued by the epidemic prevention and control department.
Public security traffic prevention and control inspection points will be set up at the interchanges of the G98 expressway and other routes entering and exiting the central urban area of Sanya, and all vehicles entering and leaving will be inspected.
Buses, trams, passenger trains, chartered tours, cruise ships and yachts are all suspended.
